Faster LaTeX and accessible PDF#

Reopening a project can prefetch previously used TeX Live files, compatible edits can resume from incremental checkpoints, and eligible externalized TikZ figures can be cached separately. Learn how to keep preview fast. A separate accessible PDF export attempts a tagged PDF/UA-2 export and reports the actual tagging result and class-support level.

More ways to write and share#

Academic phrase templates, grounded formula explanations, and experimental writing suggestions cover focused writing tasks; compare the academic writing tools. Viewer links make covered work readable without an account, while scoped roles remain available for coauthors. See Share a project.

Slides and project recovery#

Storyboard, live presentation, and PDF, HTML, and PPTX exports support the Markdown slide workflow. Import safeguards, project search and replacement, and version history provide recovery paths for broad changes.
